Oakmont police are asking residents to be on alert after a series of road rage incidents.

According to a news release and a post to the borough’s Facebook page, a 2021 gray Honda HRV with a Pennsylvania license plate was involved in several road rage incidents in the Oakmont area last week.

The driver is believed to be a white man possibly with long hair, police said.

According to the alert, the suspect is considered armed and dangerous after allegedly pulling a long gun on several other drivers.

People are asked not to approach the vehicle but call 911 immediately if they spot it.

Oakmont police did not immediately respond to a message left at the station seeking more details about the incidents.
