Burrell HS to present ‘Bye Bye Birdie’
The Burrell High School Theatre Company will present their spring musical, “Bye Bye Birdie,” at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and April 15 in the high school auditorium, 1021 Puckety Church Road, Lower Burrell.

Motorcycle run helps to fund Camp Cadet
The Pennsylvania State Police will sponsor a motorcycle run May 21 to benefit Armstrong County Camp Cadet. The ride will begin and end at Lenape Vocational-Technical School, Chaplin Avenue, Manor Township. Rain date is June 4.
Registration is from 9 a.m. until the start of ride at 11 a.m. Coffee and doughnuts will be served. Food, beverages, raffles and music will be after the ride at a cook-out at 1:30 p.m. Registration is $25 for a bike and driver; $15 for a passenger and includes a T-shirt, food and beverages. Registration forms may be downloaded at campcadet.com. Personal and business sponsorships are also available. Sponsorship deadline is May 14.

Concordia Lutheran Ministries to hold spring luncheon fundraiser
The Concordia Lutheran Ministries Spring Fling luncheon fundraiser will be May 13 at Butler Country Club, 310 Country Club Road, Penn Township.
Doors open at 10 a.m. and lunch will be served at 11:45. The Freeport Area High School Forte Show Choir will perform and there will be vendor mall shopping, mystery bag sales and a basket auction. Tickets are $45 and include a hot lunch featuring chicken Romano.
Proceeds benefit the Good Samaritan Endowment Fund subsidizing residents, particularly for their personal care. For tickets, call 724-352-1571, ext. 8355 or visit the news and events tab at concordialm.org. Ticket deadline is April 28. No tickets will be sold at the door.
