Two people were sentenced to state prison terms Tuesday in connection with drugs, a gun and other evidence found during a 2022 police search of a home in Upper Burrell, according to court orders.

Brittany Nicole Robinson, 35, previously of Upper Burrell, was sentenced to five to 10 years. Djuan O. Williams, 45, of New Kensington, was ordered to spend six to 12 years behind bars.

Both were convicted during an April trial of drug and weapons violations, according to court records.

Agents from the state Attorney General’s Office and the Westmoreland County Drug Task Force said they used an informant to set up a deal with Williams for the purchase of crystal methamphetamine on April 13, 2022. They searched a Perry Lane home and seized crack cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, fentanyl, cash, ammunition and a stolen handgun, according to court papers.

Williams was credited with serving a little more than three years. Robinson was given credit for serving about 2 1/2 years.
