Rescue workers help a hiker who fell from a cliff to get off of a hillside in Harrison Hills Park.

First responders spent around two hours helping to rescue an 18-year-old woman on Wednesday who reportedly fell off a cliff in Harrison Hills Park, according to TribLive news partner WTAE.

Emergency crews arrived around 2:50 p.m. and could be seen pulling the woman from a hillside. She seemed to fall near a waterfall while walking on the Rachel Carson Trail, a 45-mile hiking trail that starts in Harrison.

WTAE reported that, according to her family on scene, the woman was in stable condition, though she was flown to UPMC Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh as a precaution.

Police were not immediately available for comment.
