Company operating bus involved in fatal Pa. Turnpike crash has had only minor violations in past 2 years

State police spokesman Stephen Limani updates reporters on a fatal accident on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Mt. Pleasant Township during a press conference at the Donegal maintenance facility on Sunday. Five people have died and at least 60 others have been injured in the crash involving a tour bus, three tractor trailers and a car.
