Guided wildflower walks set for Braddock's Trail Park

Falls at Braddock’s Trail Park at the end of Robbins Station Road

Nature lovers who enjoy seeing wildflowers can join the Wildflower Walks at Braddock’s Trail Park of Robbins Station Road in North Huntingdon.

The guided walks are led by local experts and gives participants the opportunity to learn about the natural beauty the park, according to the North Huntingdon Parks and Recreation department.

The guided wildflower walks will be held from about 10:30 a.m. to noon, every Saturday in April.

Registration for these walks is required. Those interested can register with the North Huntingdon Township parks department at 724-863-3806 ext. 201.

The wildflower walk leaders will remove invasive plants the walks from noon to 2 p.m. or 3 p.m., on April 13 and 27. sp
