The Norwin Chamber of Commerce will give supporters the opportunity once again to enjoy beer and German food for a good cause at its OktCHAMBERfest fundraiser on Sept. 28 in the Banco Commerce Center, North Huntingdon.

For a $25 donation, those attending the OctCHAMBERfest will receive a commemorative beer glass, one beer, light German fare and a raffle ticket.

There will be beer stein-holding contest at 7 p.m., with a $5 entry fee. The contest will be limited to the first six men and women to register for the contest.

The proceeds from the OctCHAMBERfest that will be held at Quinn Brewing taproom from 5 to 8 p.m. Sept. 28 will be used for the chamber’s scholarship fund. That provides two annual scholarships — one to a graduating Norwin High School senior and another to a child or grandchild of a Norwin Chamber of Commerce member.

For more information, visit the Norwin Chamber of Commerce facebook page or contact the chamber at 724-863-0888.
