Former Irish running back Reggie Brooks to speak at Notre Dame Club of Greensburg event

Reggie Brooks, a former Fighting Irish All-American running back, will be the guest speaker at the Notre Dame Club of Greensburg’s annual Notre Dame Celebration.

The May 28 event at Christ Our Shepherd Center, 2900 Seminary Drive, Unity, begins with a 6 p.m. reception, followed by an interactive presentations by Brooks on the theme “Uniquely Notre Dame.”

Cost is $30 for club members, $35 for nonmembers. It is free for current and incoming Notre Dame students.

Brooks, a 1999 Notre Dame alumnus, is in his first year as director of student-athlete alumni relations and engagement. He played under head coach Lou Holtz from 1989-92, then for the Washington Redskins from 1993-95. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in management information systems.

Checks should be made payable to the ND Club of Greensburg/Uniontown and mailed no later than May 20 to: ND Club G/U, c/o Brooker, 427 Glenmeade Road, Greensburg, PA 15601.
