Search continues for suspect in Rostraver murder
Police continued their search Saturday for a suspect in the shooting death of a Rostraver woman, whose body was found in a home on Friday afternoon.
The investigation into the death of Jennah M. Seibert is ongoing, said Melanie Jones, spokeswoman for District Attorney Nicole Ziccarelli. Rostraver police and the Westmoreland County detectives are involved in the investigation.
Additional information on Seibert’s death is pending the results of the autopsy and toxicology tests, said Westmoreland County Coroner Tim Carson.
Seibert’s body was found in a home along Lenity School Road around noon Friday, authorities said.
Hannah Seibert, Jennah’s sister, posted on Facebook seeking answers.
“Please find whoever took my sister away from my family,” Hannah wrote. “They killed her for no good reason. PLEASE SPEAKUP IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING.”
Hannah wrote that her sister always had her back and was “loyal, kind, funny and truly my baby sister.”
“She wouldn’t hurt a fly,” Hannah Seibert wrote about her sister. “Broken isn’t even the word.”
Jennah Seibert was a Belle Vernon Area graduate who recently took a job as the director of talent acquisition at The Cotter Group, according to her LinkedIn page.
