Fundraisers

• A pancake and sausage breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. Feb. 15 at the Greensburg Masonic Center, 349 Donohoe Road, Hempfield. Menu: buttermilk or buckwheat pancakes, waffles, sausage, fruit cup and beverage. Cost: $10; children 5 and older, $5; younger than 5, free.

• Jeannette Knights of Columbus hosts bingo at 7 p.m. Fridays in Mersinger Hall at Ascension Church, 615 Division St. Doors open at 6 p.m. and early birds begin at 6:30 p.m. Players younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Smoke-free venue. Food will be available and there will be a 50-50 and instant bingos. Details: 724-523-9244.

Senior Citizen News

• New Alexandria Center for Active Adults, 207 W. Main St., will have bingo at 1 p.m. Feb. 15 at the center. Doors open at 11 a.m. and lunch will be at noon. Details: 724-668-7055.

• Level Green Seniors will meet at 11 a.m. Feb. 20 at the Level Green Lions Community Building, 123 Murrysville Road. Lunch will be from Kentucky Fried Chicken, $6, payable in advance. Cathy Rhodes will provide entertainment. New members welcome. Reservations and details: Mary, 412-372-5422.

Submissions from nonprofit organizations for Briefly Speaking should be emailed to cpinto-smith@triblive.com. Include a complete address and daytime phone number. Submissions are due at least two weeks prior to the event. Each announcement is printed once; there is no fee.
