Blood drives

• American Red Cross will host these blood drives:

Classes/programs

• Excela Health offers classes to aid people with diabetes in meal planning. Classes meet 1-3 p.m. Thursday in Excela Square at Latrobe. Details: 724-537-1049

• Your Changing Body for Girls addresses the physical and emotional changes associated with puberty. For girls ages 9-13 and parent or guardian, 6-8 p.m. Friday, Excela Westmoreland Hospital, 532 W. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg.

• Childbirth and beyond weekender version, covering labor and birth options for pain control, cesarean birth, postpartum, the normal newborn and breathing/relaxation techniques, is planned 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturday, Excela Square at Latrobe, 100 Excela Health Drive
