Someone once said that doing the same thing again and again and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity. They must have been a member of the Westmoreland County Democratic Committee.
Recently, the local party elected another white, stay-at-home, upper-class woman to be its party chair. This makes the fourth party chairwoman in a row.
In a county that has trended more to working class, Second Amendment and pro-life values, this latest move seems to be a sign this party has nothing new to offer the voters of Westmoreland County, just more of the same losing strategy that led to a rout of Democrats in countywide elections over the last few years.
Insanity.
