Joseph Sabino Mistick hit the nail on the head in his column “Georgia’s assault on democracy” (April 3, TribLIVE). Denying people a drink of water is not Christian. The Bible says, “anyone who gives you a cup of water in my name because you belong to the Messiah will certainly not lose their reward.” Those Republicans who deny a cup of water are not Christians.
