I know this letter is a little late, but I still want it to be said that Youngwood Borough’s workers did a great job decorating the borough building and playground for Christmas. It was great seeing the playground being put to good use, and all the lights and reindeer animations, plus a visit from Santa for the kids, put a smile on people’s faces.
I hope in the coming year maybe more family get-togethers could be scheduled so people could see and meet their neighbors whom they may not know, something like a few food trucks or a barbecue during the summer months to bring the neighborhood together. Just a suggestion, but no matter what, it was a bright touch for the holidays when the country is in turmoil over so many things. Great job, Youngwood!
