The people who drive on Route 119 from New Stanton to Scottdale should notice what a nice job PennDOT did cutting the grass. Instead all you see is all of the garbage they ran over and shredded. It looks absolutely horrible. Next time take the time to pick up the trash first. That way you can pick up one piece instead of 10.
The littering in Pennsylvania is horrible; just take a look around when you are in a car. The last time I was in other states, their roads don’t look this bad.
