Letter to the editor: No one elected Fauci, either

2020 was the year that the world changed. A pandemic spread across this country and over a million people died. I mention that because in the middle of it, Dr. Anthony Fauci took over the handling of it. He was unelected but with the help of the Centers for Disease Control and the National Institutes of Health, along with the World Health Organization, he knew better than anybody else.
Nobody was allowed to question the origin. Nobody was allowed to question the treatment. Then Big Pharma came along with a “vaccine” that was going to save lives, and the next year after the election, many people had to take it or lose their jobs.
In Pennsylvania, the unelected Dr. Rachel Levine took over the handling of covid. We were masked up and locked down. Families were separated, and many people died alone.
So having an unelected Elon Musk help to downsize a bloated government is nothing compared to having unelected bureaucrats destroy a country. We will never recover from that.
