Letter to the editor: Shame on those who supported Harris charade

Now that the election is over, my mailbox and phone say, “Thank you, Jesus.” I’m reminded of the old adage, “Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.”
Donald Trump asked, “Are you better off than you were four years ago?” Asked and answered. My question is, where does the shame lie when you try to hide a candidate’s position? President Joe Biden chose the basement, Vice President Kamala Harris giggled or ignored the questions. Grumpy old man Biden clearly didn’t like the coup on his 14 million votes and responded with gaffes at every turn.
Both Clintons did more harm than good with their gaffes. Barack Obama is long in the tooth and needs to understand when it’s time to leave the stage. Mark Cuban alienated women with his ill-timed remarks. Gov. Josh Shapiro is too smart to destroy his own ambitions with this train wreck, especially with the Israeli conflict.
If you’re heartbroken, maybe the shame belongs to you for supporting this charade. I predict Harris and Hillary Clinton are going to walk in the woods and share a bottle of wine, after which they will go to lunch at McDonald’s, where Trump will serve fries and humble pie. God bless all of us!
