When it comes to talk about Donald Trump and presidential immunity, the mantra is “nobody is above the law.” Nobody — except the millions of illegal immigrants invading our border. Nobody — except every foreign diplomat in our country. Nobody — except every U.S. senator and representative who has immunity from prosecution for whatever they say in the congressional chambers. Nobody — except, it seems, anybody with the last name of Biden.
