7-foot center prospect Kieran Mullen commits to Pitt
Pitt men’s basketball coach Jeff Capel added another player to the 2025-26 roster Monday when 7-foot center Kieran Mullen made a verbal commitment to the Panthers.
On3Sports reported his commitment and said the plan is for Mullen to redshirt as a freshman next season.
Pitt has landed the commitment of 7-foot center Kieran Mullen, sources told @On3Recruits.
The 2025 high upside big man is a native of Vancouver but has most recently played his high school ball at St. Thomas More in Connecticut.

Mullen most recently played at St. Thomas More, a prep school in Connecticut.
Before that, the Canada native played at Hadsworth Secondary School in Vancouver and Orangeville Prep in Ontario.
He also had offers from Coastal Carolina, James Madison, Montana State and Seattle.
The three-star prospect joins guard Omari Witherspoon in Pitt’s 2025 recruiting class.
