Sports agent Drew Rosenhaus, shown here in a file photo, reportedly dropped longtime client Antonio Brown after a series of bizarre and unsavory incidents involving the former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver.

Antonio Brown can’t find a way back into the NFL. Now, he’s lost the official representation in his quest to do so.

Super-agent Drew Rosenhaus severed ties with the troubled former Pittsburgh Steelers star, according to an ESPN report.

According to a message posted to the verified Twitter account of Adam Schefter, Rosenhaus “conditionally terminated his relationship” with Brown until the wide receiver “seeks counsel.”

Rosenhaus did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment or to confirm the report.

According to Schefter, Rosenhaus informed the NFLPA of his decision via a letter and said that “he would like to work with Brown, but not until he first gets help.”

Brown had the most productive six-season span of receiving in NFL history, but his relationship with the Steelers soured late in 2018 during his ninth season with the team. He was traded to the Oakland Raiders in March but was cut from that team 5½ months later after a series of bizarre incidents, then spent one game with the New England Patriots before they released him in the wake of sexual assault allegations and Brown’s responses to them.

A litany of bizarre, unsavory and offensive off-field incidents have followed, many posted or broadcast on social media. The most recent was a profane outburst toward police officers and the mother of at least one of his children when they arrived at his Florida home.

Rosenhaus negotiated a pair of multi-year contracts on Brown’s behalf with the Steelers, then helped delicately navigate Brown out of Pittsburgh, earning him big-money contracts with the Raiders and Patriots that since have been terminated.

The NFL has a player-conduct investigation pending with Brown, and it is believed they will suspend him for an undetermined amount of time if and when he again signs with a team.
