Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett, left, gets ready to hit Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph, second from left, with a helmet during the second half of an NFL football game, Thursday, Nov. 14, 2019, in Cleveland. The Browns won 21-7.

Stay classy, Cleveland.

On Sunday, Browns fans reenacted the melee that occurred on Nov. 14 when Cleveland defensive end Myles Garrett swung a helmet at Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph.

The tailgaters in question used a pinata to portray Rudolph before the contest with the Miami Dolphins.

Garrett was suspended for the season for ripping off Rudolph’s helmet and hitting Rudolph with it during the closing seconds of the Browns 21-7 victory.

On Saturday, Rudolph was fined $50,000 for his involvement during the fight. In total, 33 players were fined and both organizations were fined $250,000.

Garrett claimed Rudolph used a racial slur to exacerbate the brawl, but the NFL denied the claim.

To be fair, the subset of fans do not include the entire Cleveland fanbase, but the actions certainly raised eyebrows across the internet.

She represents most of Cleveland in the wake of the Myles Garrett helmet-swing: Blind, flailing, inaccurate, and confused. https://t.co/hgp2XnH0p7
