Cleared of its covid-19 complications, Duquesne will travel to Fairfax, Va., on Wednesday to play George Mason. The game will begin at 7 p.m. at EagleBank Arena.

It’s a makeup of a game that would have been played Saturday. The game Wednesday replaces the Dukes’ trip to Davidson.

After a positive test and subsequent contact tracing, Duquesne and the Atlantic 10 postponed two games: VCU on Feb. 7 and George Mason. The VCU and Davidson games have not been rescheduled.

Earlier in the season, the Dukes had two other Atlantic 10 games postponed: at Richmond and at Saint Louis. Those games also have not been rescheduled.

The Dukes (7-6, 6-5 Atlantic 10) haven’t played since opening UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse on Feb. 2 with a 69-64 victory against Dayton that stretched their winning streak to three.

The Dukes would have to play seven games in about 18 days to complete a full 18-game A-10 schedule before the start of the conference tournament March 10.
