Geneva men, Chatham women claim 2024 PAC basketball titles

Jonathan Bertovich had 20 points, and Mark Rachic added 18 off the bench to lift host Geneva to an 83-63 victory over Saint Vincent in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference men’s basketball championship game Saturday night.

Bertovich knocked down 4 of 5 shots from behind the 3-point arc and was 8 of 10 from the field. Ryan Rachic added 15 points, Isaac Massie had 13, and Trevor Tipton scored 11 for Geneva (24-3).

Dev Ostrowski had 21 points and Tayler McNeal and Osyon Jones each had 13 points for Saint Vincent (23-4).

In the PAC women’s championship game, Chatham beat Geneva, 77-50, behind 23 points from Ashlie Louden. It was the first PAC title for Chatham (24-3).

Taylor Milroy had 14 points to pace Geneva (14-14).
