The Pittsburgh Pirates made their move Sunday by firing Clint Hurdle, but that can’t be the end of it … can it?

Tim Benz and Mark Madden lament the firing of Hurdle and the praised heaped upon general manager Neal Huntington in the wake of a disastrous 2019 season.

The guys discuss possible replacements, payroll expectations for 2020 and the general “tone-deaf” nature of the Pirates front office, as Madden put it.

Benz and Madden also look ahead to the Steelers-Bengals “Monday Night Football” matchup at Heinz Field and the state of the AFC North after the Cleveland Browns beat up on the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

The guys also discuss the state of the Penguins — and injuries to Sidney Crosby and Bryan Rust — and Pitt football.
