Nathan Dragisich’s 1st career goal is a big one for Duquesne

Nathan Dragisich made his first college soccer goal count.
The Duquesne freshman, who starred at West Allegheny, delivered the game-winning goal Tuesday night as the Dukes edged Niagara, 2-1, at Rooney Field.
The midfielder fired a shot into the upper-right corner of the net in the 89th minute to break a 1-1 tie for Duquesne (3-0-1).

Dragisich, the Tribune-Review Player of the Year last season, was named the Gatorade Player of Year for Pennsylvania and also the WPIAL Class AAA Player of the Year and a NSCAA Region I All-American.
He scored 44 goals and dealt 20 assists last year as West Allegheny (23-2) won the PIAA title. He finished with 86 career goals and 52 helpers.
