Fans lined around PNC Park and across the Roberto Clemente Bridge last season to get their hands on a Paul Skenes bobblehead. They will have their chance to do so again this coming spring.
The Pirates announced their 2026 promotional schedule Thursday, including a Paul Skenes Cy Young bobblehead giveaway for all fans in attendance April 18, when the Pirates host the Tampa Bay Rays.
Additional bobbleheads yet to be announced will be offered July 25 vs. the Chicago Cubs and Sept. 15 vs. the Milwaukee Brewers.
In addition to the three bobblehead nights, the Pirates’ promotional calendar includes:
• Opening Weekend — a three-game set against the Baltimore Orioles, beginning on April 3, at 4:12 p.m.
• Bucco Luau — tiki mug and Hawaiian shirt giveaways vs. the Miami Marlins, June 12-14
• Yinzerpalooza — celebrating everything unique about Pittsburgh vs. the Cubs, July 24-26
• Country Weekend — a celebration of country music vs. the Brewers, July 10-12
• Fireworks and drone shows — April 17, May 15, May 29 (drone show), June 11, July 10, Aug. 7, Sept. 4 (drone show) and Sept. 18
• Commemorative t-shirt giveaways — May 2, July 24 (Yinzerpalooza), Aug. 8 (2010’s night), Aug. 14 (Negro League legacy night), Sept. 5
• Family Fun Days kids giveaways — Pirates comic book (May 3), kids jersey (May 17), trading cards (May 31), lunchbox (June 14), backpack (June 28), bandana (July 12), Daniel Tiger plush (July 26), puzzle (Aug. 9), TBA (Sept. 6)
• Pup Nights — Dogs are welcome to the rooftop space on Tuesdays.
• Sugardale Dollar Dog Games — $1 Sugardale Hot Dogs available at every Thursday home game.
• Miller Lite Pregame Happy Hours — Pregame drink specials at the Miller Lite Landing Bar at Friday home games (excluding the Home Opener).
