Indianapolis Colts quarterback Jacoby Brissett (7) runs away from pressure by Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones, right, during the first half of an NFL football game in Kansas City, Mo., Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019.

The Steelers’ matchup vs. the Colts at Heinz Field on Sunday could be the most interesting game of the year.

The gambling lines are tight. The Colts were a one-point favorite early Friday.

And there’s good reason for that. The Steelers’ strengths meet the Colts’ strengths. Both teams are staying afloat despite losing the guy they thought would be at quarterback. Both teams are still alive in a soft AFC.

So where does either club have an advantage? Maybe T.J. Watt can exploit the right side of the Colts’ offensive line. And perhaps the Steelers will be able to run the ball, even if James Conner can’t play.

As for Indy? Jeff Rickard of 107.5 The Fan in Indianapols joined me on ESPN Pittsburgh on Thursday. If you missed it, click on our podcast link below. Jeff tells us what advantages the Colts could attack. And it sounds like many of them start with quarterback Jacoby Brissett.

Rickard tells us what makes Brissett good, whether Marlon Mack can run on the Steelers and how Darius Leonard may be the most dynamic player on the field.

All that, plus how this game may have ramifications all the way until Week 17.
