Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger scrambles during practice Friday, July 26, 2019 at St. Vincent College.

If you’re in the market for a new mansion and have about $2.3 million to spend, Ben Roethlisberger’s house in Hampton could be yours.

The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback is selling the gated, 5-acre estate that includes eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a six-car garage, home theater, wine cellar and game room, according to the realty listing on the Berkshire Hathaway website.

The mansion features a two-story kitchen, children’s library, a high-definition golf simulator and playroom with a slide. A spiral staircase leads to a lookout on the third floor.

Outside, there is a pool, complete with the number 7 painted on the bottom, waterfalls, a swim-up bar and a built-in whirlpool. There is an outdoor kitchen and dining area.

The listing calls the property the “ultimate entertainment complex.”

Allegheny County tax records show the property was sold for $2.2 million in 2006.

It looks like Roethlisberger will be in Pittsburgh for at least the foreseeable future since he signed a three-year contract in April.

A story on Realtor.com says the mansion has been empty since June and that more than $400,000 was recently knocked off the listing price. Roethlisberger and his family have moved into a new house in the area, according to Realtor.com.
