The Pittsburgh Penguins are playing a familiar foe today: themselves.

The team is holding an intra-squad scrimmage at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry.

Watch the scrimmage below.

Team black has the likes of Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, Kris Letang and Tristan Jarry, among others. Team white has Jared McCann, Patrick Marleau, Matt Murray and others.

The rules for the scrimmage were put out by the Penguins prior to its start.

The Penguins will play an exhibition game against the Philadelphia Flyers on July 28 before starting a qualifying round series against the Montreal Canadiens on Aug. 1.
