Mike Tomlin was expected to talk with reporters Wednesday about the Pittsburgh Steelers’ upcoming game at Cincinnati.

However, his announcement Tuesday morning on “X” that Matt Canada had been relieved of his duties as offensive coordinator altered those plans.

Tomlin took questions about the team’s decision and how they move forward ahead of Sunday’s 1 p.m. game at Paycor Stadium.

The Steelers (6-4) are in third place in the AFC North behind the Ravens (8-3) and Browns (7-3), while the Bengals are in fourth at 5-5 after dropping back-to-back games against the Texans and Ravens.

Tomlin also discussed the strengths of the opponent and the injury situation with reporters.
